In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of my website. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records your IP address, the pages accessed, and the start and end of the session in server log files. This is handled by my hosting provider (GreenWebspace, Vienna/Austria) for technical and security reasons and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR. Log files are deleted monthly.

Contact form

If you contact me using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number, message) will be transmitted directly to my e-mail address and is not stored on the server. I will retain this data in my e-mail inbox for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

This website is a static website and does not use any cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no third-party scripts. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact me.

Anonymous surveys

On some pages of this website I use short, anonymous surveys to better understand the needs of the people I work with, for example participants in workshops, trainings, or coaching. Participation is voluntary. These surveys do not ask for any personal data: no names, no email addresses, and no IP addresses are stored. I do not use cookies or any tracking in connection with the surveys. Some questions are open text fields, please do not enter any personal data (such as your name or contact details) in your answers. Any information you choose to share is submitted voluntarily. Responses are stored securely in a location that is not publicly accessible and are evaluated only in combined form, solely to tailor the content of my trainings and services to participants' needs. Responses are kept only as long as needed for this purpose and are then deleted. The legal basis for this processing is my legitimate interest in providing relevant and useful training and coaching (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection regarding your data stored by me. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with me or the data protection authority.
